Alina Roytberg, Co-President and co-founder of Fresh, entered the beauty world in 1991 when she and her husband, Lev Glazman, opened up a beauty store in Boston. More than 20 years later, Fresh operates 15 stores globally and is part of the beauty division of LMVH.
